Sakinah Khanum, the daughter of Akhund Mulla ‘Ali, bestows her share of paternal inheritance to her brother, Akhund Mulla Ahmad. This includes agricultural property, houses, and household furnishings. In return, she has received five ovis, three sheep, and two goats.

Correspondence amongst Malakah Iran (Furugh al-Dawlah), the Treasury, and the Ministry of Finance regarding the approval of the Cabinet to pay five thousand tumans to Malakah Iran to compensate for damages to her house when it was bombarded along with the Majlis during the Constitutional Revolution, and requesting the remaining two thousand and five hundred tumans. Dividing the properties of the late Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin from Kumachal of Lahijan, including his land, farms, and buildings, among his inheritors, as follows: ʻAli Jinab receives two-elevenths of farm land in Kumachal, Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi and his sisters, Halimah and Sarah, receive four-elevenths of their father's land, Mulla Mahmud and his sister, Hajarah Khanum, receive three-elevenths of their father's land, and Karbalayi Mirza Baqir receives two-elevenths of the land. Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.

The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw.
